We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to provide high-quality assessments, interventions, and support to vulnerable children and their families.

As a Social Worker in our CP/Safeguarding Team, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
• Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
• Monitoring and reviewing cases to ensure the safety and welfare of children.
• Providing support and guidance to families, helping them navigate challenges and access resources.
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including schools, health services, and law enforcement.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Demonstrable experience in child protection and safeguarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
