Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognized Social Work qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement care plans with families and other professionals.
• Monitor and review cases to ensure safety and welfare of children.
• Provide guidance to families to navigate challenges and access resources.
• Collaborate with schools, health services, and law enforcement.
• Maintain accurate records in line with legal/regulatory requirements.
