Job Title: Social Worker (Children with Disabilities Team)
Hours:37 per week
Salary:HC8 £33,945 - £38,223 (plus £5,000 market rate supplement per year £38,945 - £43,223)
Welcome payment: £5,000 after 6 months completion in post
Relocation package of up to £10,000 available
Contract:permanent

The Role
We are looking for experienced Social Workers to help us on our improvement journey.
Working within theChildren with Disabilities Teamyou will thrive bringing your knowledge and experience to these face-paced teams. You will work closely with colleagues from multiple professions to ensure that the voice of the child is always heard.
You will be fully qualified (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent), with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in statutory social care. Confident in managing a complex caseload, and supporting those with additional needs, you will be dedicated to improving the lives of children and families within Herefordshire.
