Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with children and families from initial referral through to achieving permanence or closure, ensuring consistent support and lasting relationships.
  2. Manage a caseload primarily consisting of Child Protection and Child in Need cases, with opportunities to engage in court cases or cared-for children as per your expertise.
  3. Collaborate with multi-agency partners, including health and police services, to provide holistic support to families.
  4. Participate in high-quality reflective supervision and continuous professional development opportunities.
  5. Engage with families using restorative practice and systemic approaches to deliver positive outcomes.
  6. Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams, applying reflective and systemic supervision to enhance case management.
