Job summary

Community Care Live is recruiting experienced Social Workers for a flexible, well-supported Children & Families Service. You will contribute to meaningful outcomes for children and families, supported by strong leadership, manageable caseloads and genuine flexibility.

Qualifications

• A recognised Social Work qualification.
• Current Social Work England registration.
• Experience working within statutory children's social care.
• Experience of assessment, safeguarding and working directly with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Working with children and families within a statutory Children & Families Service.
• Completing high-quality assessments and developing effective plans of intervention.
• Managing a caseload and undertaking direct work with children, young people and families.
• Identifying and responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns and risks.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and partner agencies.
• Promoting positive outcomes for children and supporting families to make sustainable change.
• Contributing to effective multi‑agency working and safeguarding processes.
• Preparing reports and contributing to meetings, reviews and statutory processes.
