Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Agency Social Worker with Assessment and MASH expertise to join our team on the Isle of Wight. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £42 and flexible ongoing locum work with full-time or part-time options.

Core duties include thorough child-centred assessments, risk and need identification, MASH triage participation, and timely decisions to ensure the right support reaches children and families.
