Adult Social CarePoint is the first point of contact for adult social care in Newcastle. This is an exciting time to join our team as we move towards new and innovative ways of working to provide the best outcomes for people.
The role requires flexibility, quick adaptation, and sound judgment, often in emergency situations.
The applicant should have a relevant social work qualification, such as a degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent, and must have current Social Work England registration.
Hybrid working on a rota basis, including a mix of office-based and home working.
