What you will do

• Undertake mental capacity assessments and apply the principles of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
• Make use of safeguarding planning, review, and risk management processes.
• Collaborate effectively with health services, police, housing, care providers, and other partner agencies.
• Participate in safeguarding strategy discussions, meetings, and multi-agency processes.
• Contribute to safeguarding adults reviews and other statutory reviews.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely case records.
• Provide professional advice and guidance to colleagues, carers, and partner organisations.
• Advocate for adults, ensuring their legal rights, dignity, independence, and choice are respected.
