We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to join our Adoption Team.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, based at Angel Square, with the flexibility to work from home.

The position is for 4 days a week.

The Post covers a designated area within the Trust, which provides support to families through various services, including Initial Assessment, Children in Need Teams, Specialist Children's Looked After Teams, Children with Disabilities Teams, and Adoption and Fostering Services.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing practical and social work support to children, young people, and families. Your duties will include managing a complex caseload, undertaking assessments, visiting children and families, carrying out interventions, reviewing work, and engaging in direct work with children, young people, and families.
