Salary: £38 per hour, Hourly

You’ll be working closely with the five duty teams, handling cases of varying complexities and creating meaningful impacts alongside a dedicated group of professionals. You must have recent experience within the duty service.

• Conduct assessments for children and families referred to the Duty & Assessment Team
• Manage an array of cases, with opportunities to engage in complex child protection and family support situations
• Work collaboratively with the five duty teams to ensure continuity and the best outcomes for children and families
• Utilise a strengths-based practice model to achieve positive transformations
• Attend and contribute to essential meetings such as initial child protection case conferences and PLO meetings
• Provide support to colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering an environment of learning and development
