A local authority in the UK is seeking a full-time Social Worker to support adults in living independently. The role involves assessing needs, coordinating care, and safeguarding well-being. As a Social Worker within these teams you will be helping to support adults to live independently and safely by assessing needs, coordinating care, and safeguarding wellbeing. Work closely with individuals, families, and partner agencies to promote dignity, choice, and empowerment. You will be supported with your caseload by a Senior Social Worker and a Team Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £38,192 - £42,012 per annum, plus an annual retention bonus of £3,000 subject to eligibility.
