Social Worker within Adults Learning Disabilities and Autism in Lambeth, UK. Start Date: 09/06/2025 – Ongoing. Earn £32 Hourly, Full Time.

Join an exciting team as a Social Worker making a difference in Lambeth. You’ll be part of the Transforming Care Team, performing crucial social work duties including assessments, reviews, care and support planning, and safeguarding adults. Your role will be instrumental in supporting adults requiring help with mental health, learning disabilities, and/or autism. A strong grasp of the Mental Capacity Act, Best Interests, Court of Protection applications, and deprivation of liberty work is essential. We are looking for someone with at least two years post-qualification experience to bring their expertise to this dynamic environment.
