What you will do:

• Undertake statutory MHA assessments for the boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth, ensuring compliance with current legislation and relevant codes of practice.
• Screen referrals efficiently and effectively.
• Participate in the “late worker” rota, ensuring coverage and continuity of care.
• Collaborate seamlessly with both internal and external partner agencies.
• Strictly adhere to all SSA’s policies and procedures while promoting equality, diversity, inclusion, and strength-based practice.
• Fulfill duties and responsibilities related to safeguarding children, young people, and adults.
• Act in accordance with the AMHP Regulations 2008, and provide guidance and support to AMHP trainees.
• Participate in ongoing training and engage with the AMHP Reflective Group Practice and AMHP Forums as part of your continuous professional development.
• Act as a Social Supervisor when required to provide robust supervision and support.
