We have 4 Children's Disability teams across the county, and they provide specialist services for children and young people with complex disabilities. These are small teams of highly dedicated Social Workers that support children and families to reach the best outcomes in a timely manner, enabling them to live their lives to the full. We also are supported by a team of skilled Family Practitioners who assist in facilitating behaviour management work and undertaking direct work. Our Social Workers make a huge difference to the lives of people across our County. They take pride in supporting children and families and we're equally proud to help them give their best in whatever ways we can. That's why you can expect everything from agile and flexible working options to exceptional learning and development if you join our team.
