Salary: £47,620 - £53,310 per annum inclusive of Inner London Weighting
Location: Guildhall, EC2V - Hybrid – you’ll be expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week or 60% of your working time in the office.
We are a small and stable generic Adult Social Care team covering the historic square mile of the City of London, comprised of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, and Strengths-Based Practitioners. We work together with residents to improve wellbeing and achieve their outcomes, supporting adults of all ages including Older People, Mental Health, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Transitions, Hospital Discharge, Safeguarding, and informal Carers.
We are seeking an experienced social worker who shares our values, understands and applies relevant legislation, and offers a flexible approach to delivering positive outcomes for our residents.
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues in both Homeless and Children’s services, providing a seamless service to residents as part of a ‘People’ directorate.
In the City of London Adult Services, we focus on relationship-based practice, offering opportunities for long-term in-depth social work, and are committed to a strengths-based approach.
