Job summary

Supply Care Solutions in Wales is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Localities Team and safeguard vulnerable children and families. You will manage complex cases, engage in court proceedings, and work with partners to ensure safe care planning.

This permanent role offers a 37-hour week, a Grade 8 salary plus a market supplement, and a supportive team environment with a strong focus on safeguarding excellence.

Qualifications

Social Worker Requirement

• Qualified & registered Social Workers (SWE registration required)

• Skilled in assessment, care planning, and concise report writing
• Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills
• Ability to work flexibly under pressure as a team player
• Car driver (essential)

Social Worker/Senior Practitioner Requirements

• Proven experience in working with childrens services
• Current Enhanced DBS Disclosure
• Eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions
