Job Title: Social Worker
Salary: £32,654 - £40,476 per annum
37 Hours per Week
Location: Parkside Bromsgrove
Team: Redditch Area Team

We have an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated supportive team. We are looking for people with a positive strength-based approach to working with people.
The social work candidates should have experience of working with complex cases and possess a high competent level of skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation alongside extensive knowledge of the Mental Health Act, The Care Act and the Mental Capacity Act. Placing on the SCP will be dependent on experience.
The successful candidate will have opportunities to learn and developed their skills and knowledge through training and CPD opportunities provided by our Social Work Academy. All should be enthusiastic and evidence they can work autonomously and creatively.
The successful Candidate will be expected to cover duty when required. There is some Hybrid working but the expectation is to be in the office at least two days per week.
You will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision and have the ability to support people to make positive changes in their life. You will need to have the confidence to advocate for our clients and work in partnership with health colleagues, other statutory partners, and voluntary sector providers. You are given opportunities and supported to be creative, innovative and search for strength-based solutions.
