Job summary

NSPCC is seeking a Social Work qualified Children's Services Practitioner to join the South West & Channel Islands regional hub, based in Swindon. The role focuses on preventative services and direct work with children and families to enhance wellbeing and safety.

You will contribute to service delivery across multiple programs (LTFI, PiM, Baby Steps, DART) and collaborate with partner agencies, with supervision from a Team Manager who supports your development and impact.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised social work qualification.
• Registered with the relevant UK social care council.

Responsibilities

• Direct work with children and families in social care, health or community settings.
• Contribute to service development through direct work, evaluation and dissemination of learning.
