• Deliver a high-quality service across referral, decision making, assessment and care management for children.
• Lead and chair complex meetings, guiding the team towards effective solutions.
• Oversee and supervise staff to ensure performance at the highest level.
• Ensure data in the WCCIS system is accurately recorded and monitored for quarterly reporting.
• Collaborate with families, carers and other professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Advocate the best interests of children in care proceedings and other court work.
