1 x 37 hours per week
1 x 30 hours per week

As an Enhanced Social Work Assistant, you will:
This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality, person-centered care. You will have a varied and flexible working role, building meaningful relationships and shaping positive outcomes for individuals and their families. The role also involves participating in a rota to provide emergency and crisis support outside of core hours. Additionally, you will mentor and coach newly qualified and junior staff, supporting their professional growth, and lead reflective practice sessions to foster a learning culture.
