Confidential is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the organisation's Social Value strategy, wellbeing, sustainability and compliance support. You will engage with stakeholders, coordinate communications, report on impact, and support H&S and ESG initiatives across projects and the business.

The role involves managing volunteering, capturing outcomes, and driving broader employee engagement with social value activities, while ensuring branding and governance standards are maintained.

Formación

• Experience leading social value strategy and governance.
• Ability to coordinate wellbeing, sustainability and compliance initiatives.
• Proven skills in internal/external communications and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the organisation's Social Value strategy and evidencing across projects.
• Manage employee volunteering initiatives and track outcomes.
• Build relationships with community groups and external stakeholders.
• Measure and report on social value activities and sustainability targets.
• Support internal communications to boost engagement in wellbeing and compliance.
• Lead wellbeing initiatives and support H&S with Occupational Health and EAP programmes.
• Maintain compliance calendars and assist with H&S strategies.
• Support ESG objectives through data collection and reporting.
• Create and schedule social media content showcasing brand and community work.
• Maintain corporate document templates and branding compliance.
• Coordinate event planning and logistics.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communications related to social value and performance.
