We're seeking a proactive and passionate Social Value Manager to lead community engagement and skills development on projects across the North West. This hybrid role will see you working both on-site with project teams, visiting customers, and also from our Oldham office or home. Reporting to the Senior Social Value Manager, you'll support our ambitious Now or Never Sustainability Strategy, playing a critical role in aligning with customer priorities and delivering meaningful, measurable social value.
Experience in social value delivery and customer-focused solution design; construction experience is a plus but not essential. Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for social sustainability. Proven ability to lead social value initiatives, inspire stakeholders, and drive impactful change.
