Qualifications

• Experience in social value delivery and customer-focused solution design.
• Construction experience is a plus but not essential.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver social value activities reflecting customer needs.
• Serve as trusted advisor on social value for teams, frameworks, and partners.
• Drive collaboration across teams and supply chain to embed social value.
• Support bid/tender processes with social value insights and events.
• Track and report on KPIs with focus on continuous improvement.
