Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in London area is seeking a social value specialist to support pre-construction and business development teams by writing high-quality social value sections for major tender submissions and bids.

You will interpret public sector frameworks, Section 106 agreements, and client KPIs to set realistic project targets, and collaborate with workforce, supply chain, and EDI initiatives to promote local apprenticeships and SME engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-construction and business development teams by writing high-quality social value sections for major tender submissions and bids.
• Interpret public sector frameworks, Section 106 agreements, and client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to set realistic project targets.

Workforce & Supply Chain Collaboration

• Champion employment and skills initiatives, including coordinating local apprenticeships, work placements, and T-Level support.
• Work with commercial and supply chain teams to maximize local spending and engagement with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and social enterprises.
• Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and carbon reduction objectives across project operations.
