Kier Group is seeking a passionate Social Value Manager to lead the delivery of meaningful social impact on the HMP Glasgow project. This on-site role offers hybrid work with some home-working opportunities and a permanent full-time contract.

You will develop and execute social value strategies, ensuring local communities and underrepresented groups benefit from this flagship project. Strong analytical skills and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering social value in construction or built environment.
• Understanding of Social Value Act, local authority drivers and TOMs/CCS.
• Experience managing social value teams or advisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver social value strategy on HMP Glasgow.
• Track KPIs and report progress monthly.
