Senior Social Value Manager — Property & Development

Job summary

Regen Solutions in London is seeking an experienced Social Value Manager to lead social value strategy across a growing property and development portfolio. You will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, local authorities and communities to maximise social impact and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will manage social value commitments from tender through to delivery, develop KPIs, dashboards and reporting for senior stakeholders, and support wider ESG and sustainability objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Social Value, Community Investment, ESG, Sustainability, CSR or related role.
• Experience working within property, construction, development, infrastructure or the built environment.
• Strong knowledge of social value principles and how they can be embedded into projects and procurement.
• Experience developing and delivering social value plans and commitments.
• Strong written and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate social value impact clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing social value strategies aligned with organisational and project objectives.
• Taking ownership of social value commitments from tender and pre-construction through to project delivery and completion.
• Working with project teams and supply chain partners to identify and deliver meaningful social value opportunities.
• Building relationships with local authorities, community groups and other stakeholders.
• Producing regular reports, dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities around local employment, apprenticeships, skills development, education and community engagement.
