Job summary

Methods is seeking a Social Value Coordinator to help turn commitments into measurable activity across bids and contracts. You will connect bid, delivery, HR, L&D and external partners to translate commitments into practical, deliverable plans while collecting robust evidence and data.

You will work with teams to track progress, maintain audit-ready records and contribute to dashboards and reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel and data management is essential.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication across audiences.
• Proactive and reliable with a track record of following through on actions.
• Interest in public sector social value and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support clear ownership of commitments across the business and keep actions on track.
• Build relationships with bid, delivery, HR, L&D and external partners.
• Translate contractual social value commitments into practical delivery plans.
• Coordinate delivery of social value activities such as work placements and volunteering.
• Help track delivery, follow up actions and escalate risks early.
• Gather evidence, case studies and data to show progress and impact.
• Maintain well-organised, audit-ready records for client reporting.
• Collect and manage social value performance data and contribute to dashboards.
• Support partner engagement and ensure positive experiences.
• Keep up to date with policy and best practice and share insights.
