Job summary

GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a Social Value and Engagement Coordinator to drive positive change across their Liverpool Campus and wider community. You will develop partnerships with local charities and groups, share impact stories and help embed social value in day-to-day activities.

You’ll build relationships with stakeholders, monitor performance using frameworks like TOMs and Social Value Portal, and report on outcomes to demonstrate the difference made in the city.

Qualifications

  • Experience in community engagement and partnerships is desirable.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and report impact.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and drive delivery of the Social Value Plan, ensuring commitments are achieved and impact is maximised.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community groups, charities, supply chain partners and key stakeholders across the city region.
  • Monitor, analyse and report social value performance using tools such as the National TOMs Framework and Social Value Portal.
  • Develop engaging case studies, impact stories and communications that showcase the positive difference social value initiatives make to people and communities.
  • Support the management of the community foundation, employee volunteering initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to embed social value, accessibility, wellbeing and inclusion into day-to-day activities.
  • Represent the client at external events, forums and partnership meetings to raise awareness of social value ambitions.

About the Role

As our client’s Social Value and Engagement Coordinator, you’re at the heart of creating positive change across their Campus and the wider community. From building partnerships with local charities and community groups to sharing inspiring stories of impact, no two days will be the same.

You will:
