Job summary

Marlborough Highways Ltd. is seeking a Social Value Co-ordinator to deliver meaningful social impact across contracts and local communities. The role involves working with teams, clients, charities, schools and local authorities to develop and deliver social value initiatives with measurable outcomes.

The successful candidate will be community-focused, well-organised and able to engage diverse stakeholders, including young people. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tottenham.

Qualifications

• Experience managing community or stakeholder-focused projects.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident presenting to groups and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience producing reports and analysing performance data.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Understanding of social value legislation and public procurement policy.
• Experience working with local authorities is advantageous.
• Experience working with young people or students desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver social value plans across multiple contracts.
• Coordinate local employment initiatives to support community engagement.
• Organise and support employee volunteering across contracts.
• Plan and deliver educational engagement with schools and colleges.
• Build relationships with local authorities, charities, and clients.
• Monitor and report on social value activities and outcomes.
• Produce reports, presentations and case studies of impact.
• Create social media content to promote initiatives.
• Support operations and wider business in meeting social value targets.
