Job summary

Benjamin-Grace Limited on behalf of a leading engineering business is seeking a proactive Social Value Coordinator to drive social value across UK projects. You will coordinate initiatives, monitor delivery and report outcomes to clients and stakeholders.

The role involves engaging with schools, colleges, charities and community groups; organising volunteering, educational events and careers programmes; and supporting bid teams with social value content while staying compliant with evolving ESG

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Value, Community Engagement, CSR, ESG, Sustainability, or Bid Support.
• Excellent written communication for reports, case studies, and tender content.
• Strong attention to detail and evidence management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor social value initiatives across live projects.
• Identify, plan and deliver social value commitments with project teams.
• Build relationships with schools, charities and local stakeholders.
• Organise volunteering activities and community engagement programmes.
• Collect and maintain evidence including testimonials, case studies and data.
• Produce social value reports, newsletters and impact summaries.
• Assist bid teams with social value content and delivery plans.
• Keep up to date with social value legislation and best practice.
