Job Description:

We’re looking for someone passionate about PR and social media, who can think creatively to produce compelling content for press, influencers, and social media. The ideal candidate will be confident and credible, able to build strong relationships with clients, media, and influencers.

Accountabilities:

• Managing day-to-day relationships with the client
• Delivering excellent service to our clients
• Maintaining financially healthy client relationships
• Contributing to a strong agency culture

Role responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Head of Department and Account Director in building relationships, managing stakeholders, and being a trusted main contact for clients
• Planning and delivering PR and social media campaigns, content, and activities
• Creating engaging content based on client briefs
• Analyzing and evaluating campaign results, monitoring effectiveness and ROI

Additional responsibilities:

• Effective account and project management, multitasking, and liaising with multiple teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Collaborating with colleagues across the agency for integrated solutions
• Supporting new business pitches
• Engaging in continuous learning, staying updated on trends, and sharing knowledge within the agency
• Participating in agency events and initiatives to promote learning and development
• Promoting the agency's culture, values, and behaviors

Knowledge, experience, and skills needed:

• PR, social media, and influencer experience
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Creative thinking for varied and engaging content
• Experience with both B2B and B2C clients preferred
• Media relations experience beneficial
• Confidence and credibility with clients and media
• Organized, efficient, capable of managing multiple projects
