Job summary

China Daily Hong Kong Edition is seeking a Social Media Video Editor to plan and produce original video works while maintaining seven official social media pages.

The role requires a bachelor degree in communications or related field, 1–2 years video editing experience, and proficiency in English and Chinese. You should be a proactive team player with excellent communication and time management skills and able to work under pressure.

• Bachelor degree or above in communications, journalism or related disciplines from a reputable university.
• 1-2 years’ experience in video editing, project planning; fresh graduates considered.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• A good team player, proactive and with pleasant personality.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Creative, target-oriented and detail-minded.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong planning and organizing capabilities and good time management.

In order to manage the development and its integrated revenue growth across China Daily media products, we are now looking for qualified candidates in Hong Kong to fill the following position:

Social Media Video Editor

Responsibilities:

• Plan and produce original video works.
• Maintain and daily update the company’s 7 official social media account pages

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in communications, journalism or related disciplines from a reputable university
