  • Craft fast‑paced, visually rich edits using kinetic text, memes, archival footage, and mixed media
  • Collaborate with producers, writers, and on‑screen talent to shape strong visual narratives
  • Enhance stories with music, sound design, and motion graphics – ensuring a premium finish
  • Help define the visual identity of new vertical brands, working closely with design and animation teams
  • Maintain fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality – adapting quickly to news moments and viral trends
  • Stay on top of editing trends, platform shifts, and performance data to continuously optimise content

  • 3–5+ years of editing experience in a digital media or social‑first content environment
  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro; proficiency in After Effects, CapCut, or similar motion tools a plus
  • Deep understanding of what performs on social – from hook to final frame
  • Strong editorial instincts, with experience across multiple content genres (news, showbiz, creator‑led)
  • Fast, flexible, and collaborative – able to work under pressure and iterate quickly with feedback
  • Clear grasp of storytelling through text, voiceover, music, and visual rhythm
