Our client is hiring a Social Strategist to lead the charge in crafting bold, innovative, and results-driven social media strategies that shape brand narratives and ignite online communities.

About the Role

As a Social Strategist, you’ll sit at the intersection of creativity, culture, and commercial thinking. This isn’t just about posting – it’s about strategic storytelling, audience obsession, and data-led direction. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our clients show up in the right places, with the right voice, at the right time.

Your mission:

  • Develop and lead end-to-end social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Use trend analysis, competitor research, and platform updates to keep clients ahead of the digital curve
  • Define KPIs and track performance, translating data into actionable insights
  • Partner with creative and content teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
  • Lead workshops, brainstorms and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify new formats, technologies, and channels to push boundaries and drive innovation

You Bring:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a social media strategy or planning role (agency side)
  • A deep understanding of content formats, platform algorithms, audience behaviours, and emerging trends
  • Confidence in using tools like Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Hub, and more
  • A flair for turning insights into killer ideas
  • Proven experience delivering measurable impact through organic and paid campaigns
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – you can simplify the complex and bring stakeholders on the journey
  • Experience across B2C and B2B brands is a plus
