The Role

  1. Strategically plan our digital/social programmes for our brands
  2. Develop creative earned media ideas to span across social and digital channels for new business pitches and client campaigns
  3. Partner with clients to understand key objectives and success metrics, provide feedback, strategic counsel and recommendations to meet business objectives
  4. Help upskill colleagues by sharing industry insights, trends and trainings – and always be on hand to offer advice and counsel
  5. Be proficient in planning organic and paid social and digital campaigns
  6. Be responsible for overseeing all end of month and post-campaign analysis reporting
  7. Ensure profitability, as well as costing up and running social/digital budgets
  8. Be innovative, and advise on creative ways to enhance campaign performance
  9. Manage a ‘test and learn’ approach to all paid social activities
  10. Be enthusiastic and proactive in handling a wide variety of work that will include a mix of retained accounts and short-term campaigns – and we pitch a lot!

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Live and breathe all things social — from TikTok to Threads
  • Know your way around paid social like a pro (Meta, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest—you name it)
  • Love turning insights into scroll-stopping campaigns
  • Are just as comfortable with clients as you are with KPIs
