We are looking for a Platform Manager to join the Netflix Social Marketing team to run our Meta platforms - Instagram and Facebook - as well as co-manage YouTube.
The Platform Manager is responsible for setting the strategic direction of our channels, increasing audience engagement and growth, and ensuring our channels remain healthy spaces for promoting all areas of the Netflix business. They manage content posting, optimize for each platform, and lead our agency team for reactive content creation based on trends and fan interests.
Key responsibilities include managing Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels, setting strategies aligned with business goals, managing publishing schedules, collaborating with creative teams, covering live events, and staying abreast of social media trends to innovate and engage audiences.
Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of experience managing social channels and community management at a brand or publisher, a strong sense of online culture, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for entertainment. They should be comfortable working cross-functionally and advocating for their strategic vision.
