LAT_56, alongside Core Facilities, offers an apprenticeship in marketing and digital technologies in Glasgow. You will split time between two growing businesses, gaining exposure to brand building, customer engagement and practical marketing activities.

You will contribute to real business projects, learn how organisations operate, and build knowledge, skills and behaviours essential for a successful career in marketing and digital operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule digital content across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Learn CRM and marketing systems, keep information accurate.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness.
• Use Teams, SharePoint and other platforms to communicate with colleagues.
• Create basic marketing assets like social posts, emails, blogs and promos.
• Monitor campaign performance with analytics and tools; identify improvements.
• Research market trends and customer behaviour to inform decisions.
• Suggest ideas to support partnerships and brand initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification while developing practical skills in marketing, business operations, customer engagement and digital technologies. Working alongside experienced professionals from both companies, you'll contribute to real business projects, learn how different organisations operate, and build the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed for a successful career.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the planning, creation and scheduling of digital content across social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Become a competent user of CRM, marketing and business systems, ensuring information is maintained accurately
• Assist with the delivery of digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and customer reach
• Use collaborative technologies such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and other digital platforms to communicate and work effectively with colleagues
• Create basic marketing assets such as social media posts, email content, blogs and promotional materials
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics and marketing tools, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Research market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviours to support marketing decisions and campaign planning
• Contribute creative ideas and support partnerships, customer engagement activities and brand-building initiatives that help achieve business objectives
