SkilledUp Life is seeking a Social Media Manager (TikTok) to help us create viral-worthy content that tells our story, highlights startup and volunteer wins, and entertains while educating.This is a chance to create engaging, short-form video content that introduces new audiences to SkilledUp Life’s platform and mission. You’ll be at the forefront of our TikTok strategy.Activities

• Conceptualize, script, and produce TikTok videos.
• Identify trends, challenges, and formats relevant to our niche.
• Collaborate with design and marketing to repurpose content for TikTok.
• Manage the TikTok content calendar and engagement.
• Track video performance and iterate based on insights.
  
  

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with TikTok content, tone, and audience behavior.
• Creative storyteller who can simplify messages into short videos.
• Comfortable on camera and/or managing video production.
• Strong editing and video optimization skills.
• Interest in startups, growth, and digital impact.

• 3 hrs. per day Monday to Friday
• 60 Volunteer Days over 3+ months
• Part-time
