Job description

We are looking for a Social Media and Marketing Manager. This can be a part-time or full-time role. For a full-time role, the compensation would be based on experience (in excess of £25,000). You would also be eligible for benefits after completing your probation. This role requires on-site presence in London on an ongoing basis (not remote).

You must have 2 years experiencerepresenting a premium healthcare clinic, premium spa or body care clinic or a high-end gym. Other relevant backgrounds would be managing social media for luxury goods, high end retail and high end hospitality (restaurants, hotels, member clubs).

Responsibilities

• Capture content and organise photo / video shoots where needed
• Design and create original posts that align with messaging, brand guidelines and social media strategy
• Design and create digital ads for - Socials and Google
• Manage all socials - Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and Tiktok
• Provide data analysis and metric reporting for ads
• Create copy and layouts for captions, bios, website and newsletters
• Interact with clients and followers over social media
• Create static and video graphic content for physical ads (e.g. bus stops), digital screens, leaflets, banners and signage for events, merchandise and branded apparel
• Create PR deck and other marketing material for use with journalists, agencies and investors

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Meta Suite and TikTok
• Proficiency with at least two of Canva, Adobe, Figma, Photoshop and Capcut
• Fluency with Web Design and one of Wix, Squarespace or Wordpress
• Proficiency with Mailchimp and Adobe PDF
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
