Manors Golf is a London-based golf brand built on the belief that the game should be explored, not optimised. We make clothing and equipment for golfers who care more about where the game takes them than their handicap, and we’ve built a community around that idea that spans tournaments, travel, collaboration, and culture.
We’re growing fast. Since launching in 2021 we’ve become one of the most recognisable independent golf brands in the world, and 2027 is the year we scale properly. This role is central to that.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own the day-to-day operation of Manors’ content across Instagram, TikTok, and whatever comes next. You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategists to bring their ideas to life in the feed, scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and keeping the machine running at a high standard, every day.
This isn’t a strategy role, but it’s not just execution either. You’ll have eyes across everything, what’s going out, what’s performing, what needs cover, and you’ll be the person who keeps the content team operating smoothly. If something’s going wrong, you’ll be the first to know and the first to fix it.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Content scheduling and publishing
- Own the social calendar across Instagram and TikTok, scheduling and publishing all content to brief
- Maintain a live content schedule that gives visibility across the team on what’s going out and when
- Coordinate with Creative Strategists to ensure content is delivered on time and to spec
- Brief in captions, tags, and formats accurately and consistently
Community management
- Manage the comments and DMs across all channels, responding, escalating, and flagging
- Monitor brand mentions, tags, and UGC across platforms
- Support influencer and affiliate activity by tracking content deliverables and engagement
Performance tracking
- Pull weekly and monthly performance reports across all channels
- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, saves, follower growth) and provide recommendations
- Feed data back to Creative Strategists and Luke to inform content decisions
Resource and operations
- Manage the content and marketing team holiday calendar, ensuring coverage is planned in advance.
- Coordinate design and edit cover across the team, making sure George (design) and Tommy (edit) have capacity accounted for during busy periods and around holiday absences
Platform and tools
- Own our social scheduling tools and keep them up to date
- Stay close to platform updates, new features, and format changes and brief the team accordingly
- Support the Senior Content Producer on YouTube publishing and metadata where needed
Content and asset management
- Own the organisation of all content captured by the team, footage, photography, and finished assets across Google Drive, maintaining a folder structure the whole team can navigate and rely on
- Manage Recharm as the primary tool for cataloguing and repurposing UGC and ambassador content, strict, consistent categorisation is non-negotiable; if it isn’t tagged correctly, it doesn’t exist
- Ensure all shoot output is ingested, labelled, filed promptly after capture, not left in holding folders
Requirements & Skills
- 2–4 years in a social media or content operations role, ideally within a consumer brand
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, how they behave, what performs, and why
- Highly organised, with real experience managing multiple content streams simultaneously
- Comfortable with analytics, no need to be a data analyst, but need to know what you’re looking at
- Good written communication, you’ll be writing captions & community responses in the Manors voice
- Experience using scheduling and social management tools (Later, Sprout, or similar)
- A genuine interest in golf is a bonus, but what matters more is that you understand culture-led brands
- Staff clothing allowance
- Access to Manors events, tournaments, and travel
- Flexible working, we’re London-based but not rigid about it
- A small, ambitious team with a genuine culture
What To Expect?
The first few months will be about getting up to speed quickly, understanding our voice, our cadence, and how the team works. You’ll be embedded with the Creative Strategists from day one and expected to be running the calendar independently within a few weeks.
Further Details
This is a full-time position based in London. We work in a hybrid model, some days together in person, some remote. We’ll discuss the specifics at the interview.
