Job Title: Social Media Manager/Content Creator

Location: Hybrid/Flexible - North West London Head Office and Remote Working Options

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager/Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, eager to learn, and ready to take on the challenge of creating engaging content for our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging graphics and short-form video content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Social Media Management: Oversee client social media accounts, ensuring timely posting, active engagement with followers, and prompt responses to comments and direct messages.
• Scheduling and Posting: Regularly schedule and publish content across multiple platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on the latest social media trends and viral content to ideate and create relevant and impactful posts.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyse social media performance metrics, including account growth and website traffic, and provide insightful reports to inform future strategies.
• Client Shoots: Attend and lead content shoots with clients to capture high-quality, on-brand footage and imagery.

Candidate Requirements:

• Content Creation Experience: Proven experience in producing both video and static content for personal or brand social media accounts.
• Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with the latest trends on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Copywriting Skills: Strong ability to craft compelling social media copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Organisational Skills: Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
