Responsibilities

• Implementation of Social Media Strategy: work closely with the Head of Marketing to devise and execute social media strategies across current and emerging platforms, with particular focus on Tik Tok.
• Channel Growth: Drive growth across all social platforms by increasing followers, engagement, and reach. Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior, ensuring content remains relevant.
• Content Management: Own the planning and scheduling of the weekly social calendar across all channels, ensuring alignment with the marketing calendar and supportive of commercial needs.
• Content Creation: ownership of all social content creation to include editing existing material, creating new lo‑fi content and working in partnership with the in‑house creative team.
• Educational Storytelling. Build clear, accessible, and compelling educational content that demystifies skincare, explains product benefits, and helps consumers understand routines, usage, and expected results. Ensure the brand is perceived as a trusted authority in skincare.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in social media management within the beauty, lifestyle or related industry. Skincare experience referable.
• Proven experience in managing multiple social media channels for a brand, with a strong track record of driving growth, engagement, and business results.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with the ability to quickly adapt and leverage new opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data‑driven insights to refine strategies.
• Strong content creation and editing skills e.g. Capcut.
