Job summary

Lawrence Dean Recruitment Ltd is seeking a creative Social Media Executive to manage brand channels, develop engaging content and seasonal calendars, and actively contribute to campaigns with internal teams, agencies and influencers.

You will monitor trends, plan organic and paid posts, produce written, visual and video content, and help grow reach and brand awareness across B2C and B2B audiences. Hybrid working after probation, £30,000 per year, plus excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on social media experience with brand accounts.
• Experience creating content calendars.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop brand social channels with engaging content.
• Plan and deliver organic and paid social content aligned with campaigns.
• Create written, visual and video content across channels.
• Monitor performance and report insights to improve content.
• Support events, partnerships and influencer activity.
• Coordinate campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Ensure content reflects brand guidelines.
