Job summary

Better Placed is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead strategy across a portfolio of premium brands. You will craft distinct voices for each brand, plan and execute engaging content, and own social activity from ideation to execution.

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage channels, develop campaigns, and work with creators and partners to grow reach and engagement while keeping brands culturally relevant.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in social media, content or digital marketing.
• Experience working within a premium consumer, lifestyle, travel, hospitality or similar brand environment.
• Experience using analytics and performance data to shape social strategies.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering social media strategies across multiple brands.
• Managing social channels across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Planning content calendars aligned with campaigns and seasonal activity.
• Creating engaging content and building online communities.
• Working with creators and influencers to produce content.
