TGJones is recruiting a Social Media Manager for Swindon Support Centre on a 6-month fixed term contract. You will own the social strategy, manage influencer networks, and drive content across platforms, collaborating with Marketing and Trade teams.

You will lead creator partnerships, develop social-first content and optimise paid social campaigns while ensuring brand voice, safety and engagement remain strong.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a Social Media Manager or equivalent role.
• Strong portfolio showing engaging social content on Instagram and TikTok.
• Ability to brief or direct content creators, agencies and production partners.
• Experience creating Paid Social content that blends brand impact with performance.
• Extensive experience managing end-to-end influencer and creator campaigns.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, audience behavior and analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative, commercially minded and proactive with a drive to stand out.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the organic social and influencer strategy to align with brand, marketing and commercial goals.
• Lead the integration of social, influencer and content activity across campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Develop high-quality, social-first content and creative concepts across key platforms.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing to create paid social content that performs.
• Manage creator partnerships and community engagement with a strong brand voice.
• Produce social performance reports and translate insights into recommendations.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and social trends to keep the brand distinctive.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external talent, guiding projects end-to-end.
