Job summary

Become Recruitment UK is seeking a Social Media Executive to join the in-house team in Greater Manchester. You will manage day-to-day social channels (Instagram and TikTok) and shape the social media strategy to grow followers and drive traffic to the site.

You will collaborate with design and marketing teams, use Photoshop and Canva for shoots and content, and engage with influencers and external brands to deliver compelling campaigns.

Job description

Well established organisation based in Greater Manchester is looking for a Social Media Executive to join their inhouse team.

You will be managing the day-to-day social channels (Instagram & TikTok) as well as creating, planning and executing the social media strategy. Your aim will be to drive followers/fan growth and increase traffic to the channels & site.

Experience of using social equipment for shoots and events is key to this role, as well as using Photoshop and Canva.

Working collaboratively with the design and marketing teams, you will be supporting activations across IG & TT, making sure social media posts are being delivered effectively to the right channels, to the right audience and at the right time.

Being able to deliver the right tone-of-voice for the brands is essential as you will be working on a variety of projects including competitions and wider campaigns. You will also be engaging with Influencers & external brands to create unique content for all social platforms.

Excellent communication skills are key to this role as you will be liaising with designers, marketing & brand teams, sales teams, influencers and external contacts. You will need to integrate bespoke content & stories into their social scheduling calendar.

You will also be responsible for social media analytics and reporting back to the marketing & brand teams.
