The Role

We are seeking a Social Media Executive to join our Marketing and Social Media team. The ideal candidate will have experience across various social media platforms and a passion for storytelling in creative and engaging ways.

The Social Media Executive will monitor audience and content trends, and lead in creating and producing content that performs well on social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, produce, and edit assets for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Generate ideas to promote STV content across multiple platforms.
• Write copy and video descriptions, and publish content.
• Utilize metrics to optimize and improve content performance.
• Support all functions of the social media team.
• Collaborate with other teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist with other company tasks as required.
• Travel flexibility as needed.

Skills and Experience

• Strong knowledge of social platforms and content success strategies.
• Creative storytelling skills and ability to connect with audiences.
• Proficiency in video editing software and Adobe products.
• Experience with video and audio recording equipment.
• Quick editorial judgment and adaptability under pressure.
• Attention to detail and innovative spirit.
• Team player in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
