As our Social Media Executive, you’ll help bring those stories to life, creating content that’s as individual and extraordinary as the experiences we offer our guests.

We’re looking for someone with creative spark and strategic thinking, who can balance scroll-stopping content with performance-driven goals. You’ll work across our collection of 16 hotels — from bold, bustling London icons to quieter neighbourhood gems — capturing what makes each of them shine.

This is a role where your voice matters, your creativity counts, and your potential has room to grow.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning and evolving the day-to-day social media presence across our brand and hotel channels — including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok
  • Creating, scheduling and publishing content that’s fresh, engaging and aligned with our brand tone of voice
  • Supporting campaigns across brand, sales, recruitment and F&B — and helping to drive awareness, reach and engagement
  • Partnering with hotel teams to spot great stories and local moments that deserve a wider audience
  • Responding to community interactions in a timely, warm and brand-right way
  • Reporting on channel performance and identifying opportunities for growth or optimisation
  • Keeping on top of trends in social, travel, lifestyle and hospitality — and finding bold ways to use them
  • Supporting with influencer and content creator outreach and activity where required

What you’ll bring

  • A natural storyteller who knows how to bring ideas to life visually and verbally
  • A passion for people, hospitality and all things social — you’re likely the go-to person in your group for creative captions or TikTok trends
  • Experience running or supporting brand social accounts, ideally within travel, lifestyle or hospitality
  • A good eye for design and detail, and confidence using tools like Canva, CapCut or the native platforms
  • Able to work at pace and juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool (or your sense of humour)
  • Collaborative, curious and comfortable working with people across departments and levels
  • Organised, adaptable and ready to roll up your sleeves when needed
