Social Executive

Location: Hybrid, with 40% office-based at Farringdon, London EC1R

About the Role

Support the Social Manager by executing paid social activity and taking responsibility for organic social. This includes managing influencer partnerships, collaborating with agencies, and delivering engaging social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Execute and optimize paid social campaigns to meet KPIs across funnel stages.
  2. Plan and deliver the organic social calendar, focusing on reach and engagement.
  3. Manage organic social relationships, including influencer platforms and agency partnerships.
  4. Capture and produce original BTS content for social platforms.
  5. Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute engaging content.
  6. Support multi-channel initiatives, including seasonal campaigns and partnerships.
  7. Stay informed on social trends and platform best practices.

About you:

  • 2+ years in paid and organic social media marketing across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Experience using Facebook Ads Manager to manage and optimise paid social activity (minimum 2 years). Experience with additional paid media channels including TikTok, YouTube, and Display are not essential but a plus.
  • Comfortable using Social Media Management tools such as Hootsuite for content management, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Comfortable managing budgets and reporting on performance.
  • An analytical mindset with experience in Adobe Analytics preferred.
  • Basic skills in image creation and editing.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
