Job summary

Sphere Digital Recruitment is partnering with a high-profile consumer organisation to recruit a Social Media Executive. This hands-on role covers organic social, community management, and social listening with ownership of content planning and engagement across multiple channels.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and external agency partners, turning complex information into clear social content while supporting paid campaigns where needed.

Qualifications

• Around 3–4 years’ social media or digital communications experience.
• Strong organic social and community management experience.
• Experience with social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater or Sprinklr.
• Strong content planning, copywriting and social media skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage organic social channels across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Reddit.
• Own the social content calendar and create engaging, on-brand content.
• Lead community management, responding to consumer questions and online conversations.
• Manage social listening and monitoring using Brandwatch or similar tools.
• Analyse social performance, trends and audience insights to make recommendations.
• Work with internal teams to turn complex information into accessible social content.
• Manage relationships with external creative and media agencies.
• Support paid social and digital campaigns where required.

About the Role

We’re partnering with a high-profile, purpose-led consumer organisation to recruit a Social Media Executive to join their Brand & Campaigns team.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership across organic social media, community management and social listening. You’ll manage social channels and content planning, engage with online communities and turn complex information into clear, engaging social content.

You’ll also work closely with internal Marketing and Communications teams and external agency partners.
